Under a certain circumstance, we are not able to start tibcohost because of "exception with message ***TIBCO-AMX-HPA-012051: Failed to read JMX endpoint configuration for host.*** has not been localized"

Symptoms:
========
Tibcohost log shows following stack trace.

Cause:
=====
According to the stack trace, &ltCONFIG_HOME>\tibcohost\&lthost.name>\data_3.2.x\host\configuration\jmxendpoints.properties might be corrupted or user may not have access to the file. User need to review previous tasks to get the root cause.

Resolution:
==========
1. Recover jmxendpoints.properties from a possible backup or similar environment if it's empty or corrupted.
2. Make sure user has proper access to the file.
3. Contact Tibco Support (support@tibco.com) for any further problems.
