This has been confirmed as an Installer defect that the Installer would only check the dependency of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid Software 3.2.0 Hotfix 04 rather than the Hotfix versions higher than TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid Software 3.2.0 Hotfix 04.

Resolution

Changing the value of the “dependency” element in contrib_proxyit-hf1_1.0.0.001_FeatureConfig.xml which comes with the Installer of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Implementation Type for TIBCO Adapters 1.0.0 Hotfix 01 to make it configure to any higher Hotfix version. For example, if TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid Software 3.2.0 Hotfix 06 is installed on the host, the “dependency” element should be changed, such as
