When a network is unstable,  the following messages culd be logged by two EMS route servers:

Server 1:

ERROR: Illegal, route to xxx creates a cycle.
Exception trying to initialize route.

Server 2:

Detected tie during route creation xxx. Resolution, destroy existing route.

Causes:
========
These debug messages indicate that EMS servers have properly cleaned up and reset internal routing structures after a network outage. A routing connection will be established after the network resumes working properly.
