TIBCO ActiveSpace Palette is not available in TIBCO Designer.
Cause:

Misconfiguration. The designer.tra property tibco.env.AS_HOME points to an incorrect ActiveSpace installation directory .
Resolution:

Update the property tibco.env.AS_HOME. After correcting the path, validate/remove the space at the end of the path.
