Description

After a BusinessConnect Interior Server engine crash. The engine refuses to start and the following error occurs:

The generated hserr file has this information in it.

Cause
===========
Corrupt checkpoint information has been saved.

Resolution
===========
Clear out the checkpoints and clean out the shared directory, then restart.

BusinessConnect Interior Server can not be restarted after a crash.
