[ComponentFramework Deployment Worker Thread] [INFO ] stdout - javax.jms.InvalidDestinationException: Not allowed to create destination

Cause:
This occurs when the EMS user used by the TIBCO ActiveMatrix ("AMX") governance application does not have permission to create a new destination and the following queues are not present in the server:

queue cl_logservice_queue
queue cl_payload_queue
queue amx.governance.stats

TIBCO-OGS-MCR-888027: Error activating consumer java.lang.NullPointerException" while starting SystemNode.

Make sure the above queues are created in the EMS server.
