On page 2 of the IC 7.4.0 release notes, "TIBCO InConcert Release Notes", is stated that:
Support for 64-bit libraries for HP-UX Itanium only.
This release provides the following 64-bit libraries for HP-UX Itanium:
libicclient64.so.10/libicclient.so
libicC64.so.10/libicC64.so
libiccustom64.so.10/libiccustom64.so"
but they are not dellivered for this platform as part of the installation.
