How to change the BusinessEvents (BE) logging directory during deployment via TIBCO Administrator.
Bydefault when a BusinessEvents (BE) application is deployed via TIBCO Administrator, BE logs will go to $TIBCO_HOME/tra/domain/$Domain/application/logs directory. This is because the application tra file contains Engine.Log.Dir variable set to $TIBCO_HOME/tra/domain/$Domain/application/logs value.
In order to change the value of Engine.Log.Dir during deployment, you need to follow these steps:
1). Create a Global Variable in the studio project with name DirTrace (enable Service Settable).
2). During deployment specify any value to it and after deployment you should see that the Engine.Log.Dir is updated with the new value.
3). Start the BE application and confirm that the logs are going to the new location.
