Description

Resolution:
These return messages are seen in a number of circumstances.

1).  The WSDL file does not exist at the specified location.
2).  The permissions on the WSDL file are incorrect.
3). The WSDL could be corrupt in the following ways:
a). It has the wrong encoding - such as being saved in Unicode type other than UTF-8 with encoding="utf-8" is specified in the WSDL file.
b). The file contains invalid characters.

To check for a corrupt WSDL file, copy the file into a TIBCO Business Studio project and verify it by right-clicking and choosing 'verify'. TIBCO Business Studio will return "Content is not allowed in prolog" when the encoding is wrong.
