No Work around until AS 2.1.2 HF-08.
There are command line options since 2.1.2HF9 for user authorization as well as domain identity which can also be used from scripts. as-admin help describes the syntax. You need to install the latest hot fix of AS 2.1.2 HF-09 or the latest version of TIBCO ActiveSpaces .
