Resolution: This error indicates that the application is not able to create a new TibrvTransport. The "initialization failed" error indicates that there is a port usage conflict, such as trying to bind one service port with two-network/daemon specification.
Example: If there is an RVD process running on the default service port 7500 and you are trying to run two client applications (say: tibrvlisten -daemon tcp:9999 and tibrvlisten -daemon tcp:9998) that attempt to use the same service (-service 7500) but each are trying to bind on two different TCP ports, the later attempt (tibrvlisten -daemon tcp:9998) will produce a Transport initialization error.
If you are getting this exception when you start the Hawk Agent, it may be caused by the Hawk Agent RV port is occupied by another application. Double check and verify that the UDP port (most likely 7474) is not in use by some other application. If this is the case, you can either kill the offending process or change the RVD port configured in Hawk, and then restart the Hawk Agent.
