While opening and saving an existing project using TIBCO Designer, Designer throws an exception and does not save the project.

Description
Resolution: 1). Stop TIBCO Designer. 2). Backup and delete the .TIBCO folder under <user-home>. 3). Start TIBCO Designer 4). Try to open an existing project and save it to see if the issue still persists.
On restarting TIBCO Designer, a new .TIBCO folder will be created and the information regarding the "Reopen Project" will be lost. If the above resolution does not resolve the issue then open a ticket with TIBCO Support.
