TIBCO Enterprise Administrator (Admin) communicates on a TIBCO Rendezvous RV port, specified during BWC Server registration with the domain utility. If you have changed any RV parameters manually into BWC Server Config files, Admin will not able to reach the server which results in timeout errors.
This can be corrected by the following:
- Un-register the BWC server using the domain utility (DU).
- Re-register using the domain utility (DU). You will see that the domain utility (DU) wizard will pick the updated RV parameters for the WF server. However, it need to note down the RV daemon parameters needs to be entered with tcp:. If the tcp part is omitted, then the DU will not proceed further.
