Description:
When invoking Hawk method getAcitveProcessCount/GetProcesses over a standby BW engine, it times out.
Symptoms:
If the method is used in a rulebase and the engine goes to standby, there will be a NoValidDataSource alert.
Cause:
This is a known issue BW-8111. The method should return a value instead of time out.

Issue/Introduction

For a standby BW engine, the method getAcitveProcessCount/GetProcesses times out.

Resolution

If the method is used in a rulebase, as a workaround, another rulebase could be used to detect whether the engine is in standby and then load/unload the working rulebase.
