Resolution
In the main view of TIBCO BusinessWorks™ ProcessMonitor (BWPM) GUI, you will get details of sub-process in the following two scenarios:
1). If you explicitly set Correlation Log ID for the sub-process.
2). If you configure spawn true for the call process pallet in the main process.
Without using the above two configurations, if you want to see the time taken by a particular sub-process then select process in the main view and go to a particular activity (call process activity) in the process diagram and select it. In the configuration tab you will see the time taken by this activity along with CPU cycles. You can also see the same information via a mouse hover on a particular activity. Click on first icon (Show activity Statistics)of The Activity Menu. See the attached document (Filename: SupportTestForSubProcessDataIssue.doc.docx) with screenshot for details.
