Description
If the BusinessConnect Gateway Server is installed on a server with multiple network interfaces (multi-homed), how can the Gateway Server be configured to bind to a specific network interface?
Issue/Introduction
Resolution
For binding a specific IP for JMX communication between GS and interior engine, it should be set in the GS token's 'Management and Data Transport Binding' field. Follow The steps below.
1). Go to Admin GUI > BusinessConnect > Gateway > Gateway Tokens > Click <<Token>> link > . Here you can see GS token's "Management and Data Transport Binding" field.
2). Set a specific IP which will be used for JMX communication between GS and an interior engine.
3). After modifying the GS token, re-export the GS token and store under the <BC-HOME>\gs\token directory.
4). Restart the GS engine to have these settings take effect.
