Symptoms:
A defined JDBC resource in a TIBCO BusinessEvents library is not visible in the listbox of available JDBC resources for a backing store connection in the CDD file.
Cause:
This is a known issue (CR BE-13774).

Resolution
Type in the URL manually or define the JDBC resource locally in the project.
