Resolution: This issue happens when using TIBCO Administrator with a lower version of TRA. The following steps are to be used as workaround.
After installing/upgrading the TIBCO BE software:
1). Make a backup of the _installInfo folder in TIBCO HOME.
2). Remove all of the older BE version XML files (BE 5.1.1 ) including the add on components(dbconcepts,decisionmanager ,views, etc.) as well as those from the _installInfo folder in TIBCO home.
3). Make sure you have the latest installed files and add-on's (you can verify by latest date) in your _installInfo folder.
4). Restart the Hawk agent.
5). Latest installed/upgraded software will appear in Administrator.
6). Once registered in Tibco admin , you can restore the backup _installInfo folder. ( The backup taken in step 1 containing all other XML files ).
