Resolution:
The ENABLE_PUSH_ENGINE property in amx.bpm.app\config\wpproperties.properties is for legacy use only. This option sets up a separate internal thread push engine requiring additional threads and connections. It should not be changed to 1 on new installs of AMX BPM. For upgraded systems where already set, this option may require additional resources and be less adequate than having the value set to 0.
