Resolution:
As per the Oracle Client Installation Document 11g R2, the following Installation types are available.

1). Instant Client
2). Administrator
3). Runtime

TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) requires the Runtime installation of Oracle Client. The administrator type maybe installed if you would like to administer the Oracle database from the same client. 

Installation type - Instant Client, is not supported with TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle).
