Resolution:
For Soap Service, to implement an operation for a Service, you choose Implement Operation. You choose Implement Constructor Operation option if there are multiple operations in a Port type. For REST Service the default is constructor.
For Soap Service, to implement an operation for a Service, you choose Implement Operation. You choose Implement Constructor Operation option if there are multiple operations in a Port type. For REST Service the default is constructor.
