Resolution:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Enforcement Runtime for TIBCO ActiveMatrix platform 3.x is compatible/compliant with both WSS 1.1 and WSS 1.0. Please be aware of that, UsernameToken with digest password on the provider side is only supported in TIB_amx_3.3.0_hotfix008 and later releases. Please refer to LBN 42931 for details.
