Issue/Introduction

Problem exporting library files to a network shared folder when you have multiple Spotfire servers.

Resolution

This may be because the account running the Spotfire Server service is Local system and does not have access to the network drive.

1. Log on to the second Windows Server.
2. Go to "Services".
3. Find the "TIBCO Spotfire Server x.x" service (where x.x is the Spotfire Server version), right click, and select "Properties".
4. On the "Log on" tab, change to "This Account" and enter the user name and password for the account that has access to the shared drive.
5. Restart the TIBCO Spotfire Server service.
