Resolution: The Push Destination emails are triggered based on the type of allocation strategy being used.
1). Using the ‘offer’ allocation strategy.
When a work item is offered to an offer set and that offer set has a push email enabled (with a group email alias), each member of the offer set will receive an email. The member should be added to the the group email alias. If you enable push on an individual resource (not at the group level) and you are using the ‘offer’ allocation strategy, they will not receive an email. Individual push notifications only apply to allocated worked distribution – see point (2).
2). Using the ‘allocatetoOne’ allocation strategy.
As long as you have configured the push destination for the resource that you are allocating to, you will receive an email.
