The message above indicates that when the RVD was verifying the interfaces keys under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces, it is unable to find an interface that can be used.

"SubnetMask"

"DhcpIPAddress"

"DhcpSubnetMask"

This error is usually caused by the DHCP service not being ready, it hasn't received an IP address yet. If the DHCP is used, you can make the DHCP and DNS as dependencies to the RVD service. In this way it waits long enough to find the right adapter
