Resolution:
Salesforce.com has stated Salesforce will be replacing the current HTTPS certificates, which are signed with a SHA-1 hash algorithm, to new certificates signed with a SHA-256 hash algorithm. For more information, see

If you are using JRE 1.6.0 or above in TIBCO environment, there is no need to modify projects to support SHA-256;
If you are using JRE 1.5.0 in TIBCO environment, please refer to KB 43816 for more details.
