IC server status log file error entries:

2015 Jan 08 13:50:15:000 GMT -0500 WorkflowServer Error 3 1 14000 22063 2 55 55 0 Event/Action Daemon User Does Not Exist.
Symptoms:
IC Event/Action Daemon will not start.
Cause:
This issue is caused if the Init db field of the server names table is incorrect.
