SPM BW Probe is getting information as follows:
Application hawk microagent -> Hawk Agent --(via RV)-> SMBW
Check the following.
1). You have added the following to your application tra file under <tibco home>\tra\domain\<domain>\application\<application name>

2). Make sure that Hawk.Enabled=true is set under the application tra file.
3). The correct Domain name is defined for spm.bw.probe.hawk.domain at <spm home>\smbw-agent\config\bw-admin-probe.properties.
4). Make sure your Administrator and Hawk Agent are using RV and not EMS for communication.
*Note: As BW Probe is using RV if Admin and Hawk Agent are setup to use the EMS transport. BW Probe cannot communicate with the Hawk Agent and will receive no updates.
