Resolution:
Find the attached (Filename: manual_recovery_procedure.doc) for detailed steps. The directory that is most important is the repository. You want to back it up when the system is idle with the scheduler off. The software can be re-downloaded along with the postal tables from Trillium and re-installed but you can back that up which is the server and TSQuality directory. Note that the scheduler has to be stopped on the server before making a backup.
