Resolution:
Used the following procedure to download certificates from a secure webservice.
1). Select the URL from the Firefox web browser.
2). Click on the lock icon present in the Address URL bar.
3). Click on the 'More Information' button present on the popup.
4). Select the 'security' Tab :--> click View Certificates button.
5). Select the 'Details' Tab on the next window that openes.
6). Select one certificate at a time and choose the 'Export' option/button.
7). Export the certificates in the .PEM/.pem (select the needed format of certificates) format.
Import these certificates in the BusinessWorks project using Designer.
