Description:
This error is thrown if:
- One or more of the TIBCO services from TIBCO_HOME being used by the Installer is still running.
- The Installer is using the tibcojre inside TIBCO_HOME.

- One or more of the TIBCO services from TIBCO_HOME being used by the Installer is still running.

Issue/Introduction
Error while installing TIBCO API Exchange,"WARNING: Locked Files".
Resolution
All processes using TIBCO_HOME being used by the Installer should be stopped and a JRE outside
TIBCO_HOME should be specified for the Universal Installer.
./TIBCOUniversalInstaller-lnx-x86-64.bin -console -is:javahome /opt/jre/1.7
The command-line option -is:log <filename> would also obtain more information on the Installer's activities.
