Resolution:
Tibco does not officially support connection to a Teradata database. Refer the Release Notes for a list of supported drivers/databases. Additionally, BW Product management does not have any plan add support for Teradata in the BW JDBC Activities. The ADB Adapter officially supports Teradata and we would suggest using it for your business solution. Note that the ADB Adapter 7.x is written in pure Java and it supports Teradata in a much more consistent way as compared to the ADB 6.x versions.
