Resolution:
Check the following:

1). Are the $MQ_LOG environment variables specified in the application server configuration? Refer to the MDM Installation Guide for configurations specific to different Application servers.


2). Is the $MQ_LOG environment variable pointing to the correct location?


3). If the location is correct, does the user that starts the application server hosting MDM application have write access to the $MQ_LOG location?
