Resolution
The LDAP settings for TIBCO Enterprise Administrator are not exposed on the enabler. In order to configure these settings it is required to use a Configure.xml file or custom content files provided on the component level. The procedure for doing so is outlined in the Silver Fabric Developer's Guide.
