When SPM is enabled, the bwengine should create a connection to the SPM's EMS Server and publish facts with service/process/activity information. This does not happen if the value for the property 'spm.probe.config.dir' is specifed as "%SMBW_HOME%/config".

bwengine does not create a connection to the TIBCO ActiveMatrix ServicePerformanceManager (SPM)'s EMS Server.
Resolution
Provide the absolute path as the value for "spm.probe.config.dir". For example, spm.probe.config.dir=C\:/tibco/spm/2.2/smbw-agent/config .
