Resolution
Write a script and add lines:
Linux:

export PATH=$PATH:AS/lib
./TIBCOBusinessStudio
Windows:
====
set PATH=%PATH%;<path to as lib folder>
TIBCOBusinessStudio.exe
In runtime, if you do not want to put the AS/lib in the system environment, in BusinessWorks6 you can set the PATH(Windows) or LD_LIBRARY_PATH(Linux) in Run configuration ? Environment, and append the AS\lib in the corresponding property.
