There is a known issue in that if you have data table attachments within TIBCO Nimbus, and you upgrade to V 9.5.1 - these attachments can go missing and cannot be seen in the application. There is a hotfix to address this problem for TIBCO Nimbus 9.5.1
Symptoms:
Upon upgrading from 9.5.0 to 9.5.1 data table attachments are missing
Cause:
Caused by a bug within the release of TIBCO Nimbus 9.5.1

Issue/Introduction
Data Table attachments can go missing when upgrading to TIBCO Nimbus 9.5.1
Resolution
You should implement the hotfix to resolve this problem. Please see attached for documentation. If you are unsure where to get the hotfix files from please raise an SR to https://support.tibco.com
After implementing the hotfix you may need to then recover the fields which have gone missing via the Data Tables > Data Tables > File > DataTable Recovery Manager
