Resolution
Te workaround is to backup and remove following JAR files:
<tibco_home>/hawk/4.9/lib/log4j.jar
<tibco_home>/hawk/4.9/lib/log4jProps.jar
<tibco_home>/hawk/4.9/lib/slf4j-simple-1.5.2.jar
<tibco_home>/hawk/4.9/lib/TIBCOjms.jar
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid version 3.3.0 has fixed this issue.
