Resolution:
In the TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor (BWPM) Server GUI, if you only select the process name in the technical view (for which aspect configuration is done) and do not select any other job in the main table, the extracts that you configured will be seen. You can check them by:

1). Click on the process name in the technical view as mentioned before.

2). Click on the process diagram tab (right side of the BWPM Server GUI).

3). Click on the configure aspect icon on the activity for which you configured aspects. (This is the third icon on the activity menu which is seen above the activity in the process diagram). An aspect configuration window will appear and you can see the configured extracts.

As the extracts are versioned, in order to view these extracts on the job, run the process (for which you configured extracts) in the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Engine. The jobs created will have the configured extracts seen. To view these, click on the particular job in the main table of the BWPM GUI and follow the steps mentioned earlier. Older jobs created for the same process will not show the extracts, i.e., the extracts will be blank. Only new jobs created after the extracts are configured will have extracts. Note that after you configure extracts for a particular activity in a job, a small grey icon (aspect configuration icon) is visible on the top of the activity. This is a sign that extracts were configured.
