Cause:
The encryption algorithm was strengthened in the TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-in 11.4.0 .
The encrypted password for the database user is contained in the iProcess configuration files:
SWDIR/eaijava/jms/config.xml
SWDIR/eaijava/eaijavaplugin.properties
The issue occurs as the iProcess Technology Plug-in 11.4.0 Installer encrypts the password using the old algorithm.

Issue/Introduction
TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-in EAI_BW steps fail to execute.
Resolution
Perform the following actions:
1). Stop iProcess.
2). Install the iProcess Technology Plug-in 11.4.0- Hot Fix 01 into the iProcess engine.
3). Generate the encrypted password for the database user configured in the plug-in. The mechanism to do this is documented in the TIBCO iProcess Technology Plug-in 11.4.0 Installation Guide.
4). Update the following files with the new encrypted password:
SWDIR/eaijava/eaijavaplugin.properties
SWDIR/eaijava/jmx/config.xml
5). Start iProcess.
