With a single installation of TIBCO BW6.x, you are able start two instances of Business Studio, import / create the projects in those instances and run/debug the projects using "Run Configuration / Debug Configuration" respectively.

Issue/Introduction
Running Two Business Studio instances on same machine.
Resolution
In the second Business Studio, go to Run Configuration and in VM Arguments, change the org.osgi.service.http.port to a different port than the first Business Studio. This is the BW App Node port which is started as part of Run Configuration / Debug Configuration when deploying an application in Studio.
