Description
Resolution:
If RVRD is started with the -http or -https parameter and the specified port is not available, RVRD would print the error message and shutdown. A work around is to check if there is another rv(r)d or other process running with the specified port on the box. Do a "netstat -an | grep <port>" or start RVRD with another unused port.
