Symptoms:
Cause:
These operations are not supported for users created in LDAP.
When using operations such as getOneExternalUser and updateExternalUser, the following exception is reported:
com.tibco.ax.cmi.engine.client.CMIOpValidationException: Validation exception: Could not find user 'test6@test876.com
Symptoms:
These operations cannot be used for operations getOnceExternalUser and updateExternalUser when the external users are created in LDAP. The following is the exception reported:
com.tibco.ax.cmi.engine.client.CMIOpValidationException: Validation exception: Could not find user 'test6@test876.com' . These operations work fine with users created in bc database
Cause:
These operations are not supported for users created in LDAP.
Issue/Introduction
Issue with userscreated in LDAP.
Resolution
Create the users in the BusinessConnect database until these operations are officially supported for LDAP based users.
