Resolution:
If the program schema is not required to be loaded from the assigned "Source Member", the fields "Source File" and "Source Member" can be populated with dummy values. However, manually configuring the schema of the program object is required in the Advanced tab. The program schema needs to be synced to input data by clicking the RefreshSchema button after it is manually configured in the Advanced tab.
