Resolution:
No, it is not possible as of today, with regard to Eclipse, to upload a workspace and share it across team members. In order to share the preferences and projects you can export and import of preferences to a file and check in that file to a version control repository and use that across team members. You can also use the Team perspective to perform all management operations for the version control repository to check in BW projects, modify, checkout, etc....
