Resolution:
The Order Purging chapter of the Administration guide contains steps to purge order data from the OMS and Orchestrator components. While running these steps, it gives the option of archiving the purged data by setting and configuring an archive database in Configurator. Note that only a subset of the OMS database is archived and not the whole database. Only tables containing order related information are archived. No data from the Orchestrator database is archived during this process.
