Resolution:

Create a silent file in %TIBCO_HOME%\tools\universal_installer folder. See the attached file (Filename: TIBCOUniversalInstaller.silent). Execute following command:

TIBCOUniversalInstaller-x86-64.exe -silent -V responseFile "<Response File Path>" .
