Resolution:Upgrading to the latest version of TIBCO Nimbus is a great way to ensure that you take advantage of the latest functionality and improvements. It also ensures that the version of the software you are using remains fully supported by our dedicated TIBCO Nimbus Support Team.
When upgrading there are a number of things to consider (For example, the data needs to be migrated through each major version to the latest using migration utilities) and it is advisable to get assistance to ensure that the upgrade is planned correctly, that UAT testing is completed, and ultimately that the upgrade to the new version is successful and you are getting the true value from the TIBCO Nimbus software.
The first thing to do is therefore to speak to your TIBCO Account Manager and say you are interested in upgrading. They will then put you in touch with the relevant team to discuss the upgrade.
