Resolution:
The TIBCO BusinessEvents MBean metrics in RTCTxnManagerReport AvgDBOpsBatchSize, AvgDBQueueWaitTimeMillis and AvgDBTxnMillis shows large values when the database is slow and SQLs are queued. The queues are full and blocking progress. This causes cache queues to be full and increase cache queue wait times as well. It is required to monitor/tune the database to fix the issue (e.g., add indexes on extIds in basetables when be.backingstore.useobjecttable has been set to false).
