EMS installation stops at the step "Checking /Updating machine model".
Symptoms:
When running Installer in GUI install mode, the Installer stops at the step "Checking /Updating machine model". The following information is also shown.

Cause:
The machine.xmi and machine.xmi.lck under  tools\machinemodel\shared\<version> were created by other user and other user group

Issue/Introduction

EMS installation stops at the step "Checking /Updating machine model".

Resolution

1). Change productMachineModel="false" in FeatureConfig.xml. 


2). Modify the ownership and group ownership of machine.xmi and machine.xmi.lck to the current user.
